Does not come with router bit. 2.5" overall length or shorter 1/4" two flute spiral upcut bit recommended. A straight bit will also work. 1 Where do I get the tenon stocks? Tenons can be made on a router table with a roundover bit.

If you don't have metric bits, a chamfer works just fine. 2 How can I use a straight bit with this jig?

A regular straight bit works when you feed the bit into your work piece little by little while moving side to side. Only the tip of your straight bit works in operation as it is not feasible to plunge the bit into the work piece. Spiral bits are always preferred. I will supply customized 1/4 shank 8mm diamater two flute spiral cutter soon. 5 Will it fit more models? We will make the spindle clamp to accomodate dewalt corded and cordless and milwaukee cordless trim router.
