Pet vacuum cleaner corded

I took everything out the box and organised and then used it once for 2-3 minutes. But it frightened my cat and sounds loud even though I've got hearing impairment. They labelled it as sound being less than 56dp.

Washed the filter and cylinder. So it's basically new but used once. Brought on Amazon on July, opened 20/09/2023 (passed the return date).
