The shower arm, head, and handheld shower in this set are made from solid brass with a chrome finish to make them a lot sturdier which you may not get with other brands. The Ergonomic Designs shower range brings together the latest designs with the most up to date technology. The valve has ceramic disc technology to prevent drips, and the latest thermostatic cartridge to prevent scalding. What's Included in this set?

You will receive a two way, UK made, brass shower valve with a stunning chrome finish and square handles. This has a middle temperature handle and 2 separate flow controls for the square 300mm shower head with LEDs, these LEDs will change colour depending on the temperature, and the square handheld shower. The shower head sits on a 200mm square ceiling arm. The shower head, arm, and handheld shower are all made from brass with a chrome finish to match the valve. Will this work on my system?

This product is suitable for the following systems; gravity fed systems, combi boilers, MegaFlow systems, pumped systems (negative head), unvented systems, or pressurised cylinder systems. To run this shower system you will need a minimum of 2 Bar of pressure and a minimum recess behind the tiles of 72mm.

Our valves are made in the UK and have been tested by both WRAS and BuildCert to meet the quality standards of TMV2, TMV3 and WRAS. Other manufacturers may source their valves from overseas, these valves may not meet these requirements and serviceable parts may be difficult to acquire if needed.

TMV2 is the legal standard that all valves should meet. Our Ergonomic Designs thermostatic valves are both TMV2 and TMV3 approved. This means that in the event of a hot or cold water failure our valves will shut down in 1.5 seconds. Other valves may take longer if at all, this can lead to scalding. Tests have shown that Ergonomic Designs valves don't contain any lead or arsenic.

This is not guaranteed on other shower valves. Valquest cartridges will limit the water to 48 degrees celsius to avoid scalding injuries which can not be said for all other valves. Our valves have easily accessible non return valves, this means that if there are any problems you can easily reach them without taking the whole valve out, some cheaper valves may not have this and tiles may need to be broken to access them. As water passes through the shower head the dynamo will spin and turn the lights on.
